Great, until. Staff very helpful when asked where item was. Staff member stopped to see if I needed anything. Check out was quick and easy. Then you try to get out the door. I understand the need to control invatory, but why does it take so long to mark a receipt? Sam's has really worked hard to resolve the customer service issues of the past. This is still some place that needs improvement or get rid of it. Would be a 4 if I could leave the store when I was done shopping.
The reason this is a 4 star is that there is rotation of items and not everything in same place in store (which makes it more challenging to shop when you have vision issues).
Would give 5 stars, but spouse always buys stuff we don't need spoiling the trip.
Clean with wide aisles so it is a more relaxing place to shop.
Great service from the time you walk in the door, to the time you walk out. Always friendly associates and extremely helpful
I love going to Sam's Club. Their is always something good to look at. Their little food area is great too.
