Very helpful and lovely staff, even though we didn't buy anything they were awesome.
Every time we have gone into the store we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They might have a little higher prices, but their customer service is 100% than any of the other furniture stores we visited. We dont mind paying a little more for the guarantee that we get exactly what we ordered when they say we will and getting the type of service we expect when spending a good deal of money. We will continue to be customers of theirs.
Love them. Our furniture is not only American made but our was even made in Indiana. Prices are a little high, but was given a nice discount to make it priced like what we were looking at before. Barb was a wonderful sales person. Delivery people were very friendly. Go see them. You will be happy.
We purchased a large sectional almost three years ago and we love it just as much today as we did the day it was delivered. We actually found the style we liked at a different furniture store but decided to look around. Andy's was able to order it in the fabric we wanted for less that the competition and it came in about 2 1/2 weeks even though the estimate was 4-5. The delivery drivers were incredibly nice, worked quickly and cleanly and even greeted my dog and small child who were very curious about the whole situation. We'll definitely be back to look for some new pieces the next time we need furniture and are happy to refer Andy's to anyone that asks!
I had been looking online for a long time for a futon that would be comfortable and large enough to sleep two people. Mary helped me select just the right one - it was worth working with a local business and paying extra rather than ordering from the Internet bc you never know what you will get. I love, love, love, my futon!
We were moving to the area from out of state and had emailed the store asking for prices on a specific bedroom set. Mary responded within 24 hours and had all the information i was looking for in her response email.

When we moved to the area, we visited in store. We were able to meet Mary and she helped us furnish our master bedroom, home office, and we also got pieces for our den, living room, and a chair for my son.
Everybody that we worked with was wonderful. The delivery guys we extremely helpful as well. One of the times they came to deliver my front patio was covered with ice. They broke up all the ice and swept it off for me too.
