Jason was such a fantastic salesman! He knows his products well, especially on the mattresses. His tone of voice was pleasantly calm, not like some other pushy salesman. He got me approved for 0% interest for 72 months. We are super excited to our new furnitures!! I’ll recommend him to my friends and family.
We were greeted as we entered (always a plus) but as we wanted something specific, our initial contact probably came off as rather arrogant. We described the style we desired and were shown the exact piece we had envisioned. The first things explained to us by the sales woman were frame and fabric warranties and how Ashley was the manufacturer of the furniture. There were four color options and two arm rest styles...and the floor model was the color we even wanted. She knew about industry foam padding standards and Ashley’s standards. She didn’t try to steer us to something else or crunch the measuring tape numbers to make something work. She treated us as she would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. Thank ͏y͏o͏u Jenni G for your understanding of OUR needs and for making us feel good about our choices. It’s good to know that the quality Ashley puts into its furniture is honored by its employees and reflected in how they conduct business. We’ll be back to add to our purchase and make our home an Ashley collection.
We first embarked upon Ashley Furniture when we dining room table shopping. We were helped by a wonderful sales person named Keely.
Walked in to take a look before Black Friday to find they are doing an early Black Friday deal all week . Made my life much easier this week. Robert O was welcoming as well as super nice and helpful. He showed me many options and offered assistance when asked. Stayed near by but far enough away to allow me to explore on my own. I was able to find a tv stand and Sofa for under my budget price thanks to him. Would go back for future purchases.

Great sales associates. Not pushy but helpful. Worked with 2 different people & they were both great. Furniture is beautiful. Very easy to work with for delivery. Will definitely go back and buy more furniture

She was great, gave us space to discuss it, but it was a big purchase for us. She understood. No pressure at all. She gave us her card, we went home, came back the next day, bought the table.
