I spend my time calling around to friends to get recommendations on a better clinic. Eventually we left the room (no one ever noticed) and went home.

I left work early for this appointment, and they completely wasted my time. I showed up for the appointment on time and after 20-30 minutes we were put into a room, where we waited for another hour. No one ever checked on us.
I would NEVER go back, regardless of how cheap their prices may be. You get what you pay for.

They have such horrible service. Their puppy plan is very reasonably priced, so I made an appointment for our puppy's first vaccinations with the intention of signing up for the plan.
Sales people were friendly and helpful. I did not sense any dishonesty, and all the information they provided was straight forward. We purchased a few items and expect delivery in 6 weeks.
Very disappointed. Sales person indicated delivery in two to there weeks, turns out 6-7 weeks. NOT GOOD!
