I had never shopped at Art Van furniture before and being new to the State, had not seen this store in my home state. They have a great selection, good quality and most of the items are very reasonably priced. The delivery was easy and smooth and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and anyone!
Last week we purchased a new recliner for my wife and she was so delighted with it, that when I tried to sit in it I was always told to get out of her chair. I felt like the family cat. So , we returned to Art Van and bought a matching chair for me. The nice sales guy and I agreed this was the easiest sale he had all day. I will now be delighted!
We received professional guidance after telling the sales associate what we were seeking. He showed us several options and we decided on a model that needed to be special ordered. Art Van was upfront regarding the wait time and called during that period to keep us updated. The furniture arrived and was promptly delivered. The two delivery men were polite and respectful and positioned the furniture perfectly. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The furniture is exceptional. We will definitely purchase from Art Van in the future.

He also gave extra help to find something that would be ready in the time frame we needed. We also want to thank D.J. in the warehouse who gave us time to check out our purchase as well as giving us pointers on safe transportation.
We were greeted as we entered the store by Tim. He was very helpful, but not too pushy. He let us do our own shopping and was there when needed. I like his approach and his knowledge of every product we asked about. We had a great shopping experience and will be back in the future!
