The sales person, Steve R. was extremely helpful and courteous. They had exactly what I wanted and worked with me to get the best possible deal and financing. The delivery men were friendly and did a great job assembling the furniture. I am very pleased and will be sure to visit again.
So so store. Unimpressed with styles and durability of items. Was not greeted upon arrival. Once approached by a salesman had to struggle to get his name and open up about products.
I wish I could leave a review on individual furniture after I purchased a recliner on here for a Christmas present. I will say I am nothing but discussed and embarrassed for having given such a piece of junk as a gift. The recliner was already fraying in the fabric, the foot part will not stay up, the handle feels cheap and plastic. All definitely not what I sat in and check out in the store. I am pissed.
Steve Reitz was my salesman and he was the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with. He took his time with me and helped me decide on specific color choices. An absolute pleasure to work with. I will be taking all of my business there from now on all because of Steve!!!!
Store is well organized with fantastic layouts that display good ideas for all different types of styles and homes. Salespeople are knowledgeable and very willing to help! Prices better than any competitor I have seen.
